Beyond his corporate leadership, Mr. Dixit serves as the Honorary Consul for Austria in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and is a past Chairman of the CII Telangana State Council, where he pioneered innovative dual apprenticeship programs to bridge the gap between education and industry. Utsav Dixit represents the modern, sustainability-driven leadership of the group, currently serving as the Chief Sustainability & Growth Officer for ALPLA India. Bringing a sophisticated analytical background from his nearly six-year tenure as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte in San Francisco, he now spearheads the company’s strategic sales and circular economy initiatives. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Utsav is responsible for scaling ALPLA’s recycling infrastructure and driving growth through environmentally conscious manufacturing. Outside of the boardroom, he is a well-known figure in the cultural scene as the founder of Deccan Comedy, blending high-level corporate strategy with creative entrepreneurship.
