Mr. Tamal Ghosh,

Tamal Ghosh is a senior packaging professional based in Delhi, India, currently serving as Head – New Product Development at JK Paper Ltd. and leading Packaging Development for JK Foods under JK Organisation. He brings over three decades of experience in corporate packaging development, FMCG operations, and project execution.

Prior to his current role, he held leadership positions at Dabur India Limited, including Deputy General Manager (2015–2021) and Senior Category Head – Corporate Packaging Development (from 2010 onward). During his tenure, he played a key role in driving packaging innovation, cost optimization, sustainability initiatives, and cross-functional project management across product categories. He has also been associated with Marico Ltd., contributing to packaging and product development initiatives.

Mr Tamal holds a Post Graduate qualification in Packaging Technology (1992–1994) and a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Chemistry (1988–1991). His expertise spans new product development, FMCG packaging systems, training and capability building, business finance understanding, and end-to-end project management & execution.
