Mr. Sanjay Yadav is Head QA, R&D, and New Product Development (NPD) at Century Pulp & Paper, based in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. With over 24 years of experience in the paper industry, he brings strong expertise in manufacturing operations, product innovation, quality systems, and strategic process improvement.

He plays a key role in driving research and development initiatives, enhancing product performance, and strengthening quality assurance frameworks across manufacturing operations. Recognized as an industry specialist in wet-end chemistry, he contributes technical leadership in optimizing paper formation, chemical dosing, and process efficiency.

Mr. Yadav holds an M.Tech in Pulp & Paper from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (2003–2005). He is actively engaged in knowledge sharing within the industry and has delivered technical lectures and sessions for managers and professionals on wet-end chemistry and advanced paper manufacturing practices.
