Mr. N.S. Sundaram (Natarajan Shunmugasundaram) is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Paharpur 3P, a premier Indian manufacturer of flexible packaging. A true industry veteran, he celebrated a milestone of 25 years with the company in April 2025, having risen through the ranks from an operational background to the highest levels of leadership. He was a key figure in the commissioning and success of the group’s major facility in Sri City, where he served as the lead person before being appointed CEO.

Under his direction, Paharpur 3P has carved out a significant niche as a technology-driven provider of custom printed packaging for global FMCG giants in sectors such as food, beverages, and pharmaceuticals. Mr. Sundaram is widely respected in the packaging community for his expertise in high-barrier polymeric materials and his commitment to sustainability, often appearing as a guest speaker at major industry forums like those organized by the Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP).
