Mohit Mittal is a Senior Manager Packaging Development (R&D) at Sun Pharma, Gurgaon, a position he has held since 2015. He brings over two decades of experience in pharmaceutical packaging development, research, and production planning.

Prior to joining Sun Pharma, he served as Senior Research Scientist – Packaging Development at Ranbaxy from 2008 to 2015, where he was involved in packaging innovation, regulatory compliance, and lifecycle management. He began his professional career in 2000 as a Production Planning Manager at KCL Group, building foundational expertise in manufacturing operations and process coordination.

Mohit holds a Bachelor of Technology in Printing Technology from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Packaging Technology from the Indian Institute of Packaging. His core expertise lies in pharmaceutical packaging design, material selection, regulatory alignment, and R&D-driven packaging solutions.
