Manoj Kochar is Director and Co-founder of Holoflex Limited, a Kolkata-based company specializing in security holograms and advanced authentication and labeling solutions. Under his leadership, Holoflex has become a significant player in the global hologram manufacturing industry, with its security features widely used in identity and payment cards.

He made history as the first Asian Chairman of the International Hologram Manufacturers Association (IHMA), marking international recognition of India’s growing role in authentication technologies. He also served as President of the Hologram Manufacturers Association of India (HOMAI), where he broadened the association’s vision to support not only holography but the wider spectrum of authentication technologies.
