Mr. Dinesh Goyal is the Chairman of the Lucknow Centre of the Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP) and the Chairman & Managing Director of Rama Shyama Paper Limited.

As CMD of Rama Shyama Paper Limited, he leads one of India’s established kraft paper manufacturing enterprises, serving the corrugated packaging and industrial paper sectors. Under his leadership, the company focuses on quality manufacturing, sustainable production practices, and strengthening supply capabilities for the packaging industry.

In his capacity as Chairman of IIP Lucknow, he contributes to the advancement of packaging education, industry–academia collaboration, skill development, and adoption of modern packaging standards. His dual leadership roles reflect a strong commitment to promoting innovation, sustainability, and growth within India’s paper and packaging ecosystem.
