Mr Deepak Ganjoo, Chief Executive Officer & MD– Parksons Packaging Ltd, Mumbai

Mr. Deepak Ganjoo is the Chief Executive Officer of Parksons Packaging Ltd., one of India’s leading packaging solutions providers and among the largest manufacturers of high-quality folding cartons. With over two decades of leadership experience across global manufacturing, packaging, and automotive sectors, he brings a strong track record of driving business growth, operational transformation, and strategic innovation.

As CEO of Parksons Packaging, Mr. Ganjoo is responsible for guiding the company’s overall strategy, operations, and business performance. His leadership focuses on expanding manufacturing capabilities, strengthening partnerships with global and domestic brands, and accelerating innovation and sustainability across the company’s packaging solutions portfolio.

Prior to joining Parksons Packaging, Mr. Ganjoo served as Chief Executive Officer at SB-Constantia, where he held full P&L responsibility for a flexible packaging business valued at approximately $150 million. In this role, he led large-scale operations across multiple manufacturing facilities and managed strategic growth initiatives, operational excellence programs, and a workforce of more than 2,700 employees.

Earlier, he spent nearly two decades with EPL Limited (formerly Essel Propack), a global leader in laminated tubes. His last role there was President – AMESA Region (India, Middle East, and Africa), where he managed a business exceeding $200 million in revenue across nine manufacturing plants and a team of over 3,200 employees. During this tenure, he played a key role in expanding market presence across oral care, pharmaceuticals, beauty and cosmetics, food, and home care segments. His leadership also included executing mergers and acquisitions, commissioning greenfield manufacturing facilities, advancing sustainable packaging initiatives, and strengthening innovation-led growth across emerging markets.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Ganjoo held senior operational leadership positions at TVS Motor Company, where he led engine manufacturing operations and implemented high-efficiency production systems, and at The Hi-Tech Gears Ltd., where he developed expertise in lean manufacturing and operational excellence.

He holds an Executive Business Management qualification from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, complementing his strong engineering and operational background with strategic management capabilities.
