Abhishek Arora is a highly accomplished supply chain and packaging leader currently serving as the Group Head of Strategic Sourcing and Packaging at LT Foods Limited, the global FMCG giant behind the iconic Daawat basmati rice brand. Since joining the company in 2015, he has been instrumental in managing procurement and packaging development for seven manufacturing facilities across India and abroad. His leadership is defined by a strategic blend of cost optimization and sustainable innovation, having achieved significant savings—estimated at approximately USD $27 million throughout his career—through initiatives such as specification optimization, value engineering, and the implementation of advanced sourcing strategies.
