
Dr. Meenakshi Garg, Professor, Bhaskaracharya College, New Delhi
Dr. Meenakshi Garg is a distinguished Professor in the Department of Food Technology at Bhaskaracharya College of Applied Sciences (BCAS), University of Delhi, where she has been a faculty member since July 2005. With over 20 years of experience in research and academics, she specializes in food processing, food packaging, and nutraceuticals. Dr. Garg holds an M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Foods and Nutrition from Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University (CCSHAU), Hisar, and earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Packaging Science from the Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP), Mumbai. Her extensive research work is documented in numerous national and international peer-reviewed journals, including publications on innovative food products launched at national platforms like Vigyan Bhawan. She is a life member of several professional bodies, such as the Association of Food Scientists and Technologists (India) and the Indian Dietetic Association.
