Dr. C. Anandharamakrishnan

Dr. C. Anandharamakrishnan is an Indian scientist and academician specializing in chemical engineering and food processing. He previously led the National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM) in Thanjavur, and has over two decades of research and administrative experience. His work focuses on innovative areas such as engineered nano/micro-delivery systems, 3D food printing, engineered human digestive systems, and sustainable food processing technologies, and he has published extensively and earned numerous national and international awards, including the Vigyan Shri (Rashtriya Vigyan Puraskar) and the Tata Transformation Prize for his contributions to food science and technology.
