Mr. Mihir Banerji is an industry advisor in the field of plastics. He was a United Nations Industrial Development Organisation’s (UNIDO) Plastics Expert. Over 45 years he is in polymer industry in various capacity. He was the Past President of Indian Plastics Institute and was a member of Plastindia ’23 Managing Committee. He is the Chairman-Indian Plastics Institute and Co-chairman, Plastindia’26 Quality & Standardisation committees of Plastics Products. A member of BIS standardisation committee for Petroleum Coal & Related Products and ISO TC 61 Plastics Committees.

Mihir is a Polymer Technologist and PGDM in Marketing & Sales Management. A fellow of Indian Plastics Institute and recipient of IPI Lifetime Achievement Award. Prior to become an industry advisor, he has worked for ICI (India) Limited, Indian Petrochemicals Corporations Limited and Reliance Industries Ltd.
