An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP) and NMIMS, he has built a robust career leading packaging innovation at global giants like Reckitt and Unilever, where he managed design and procurement for iconic brands across South Asia and international markets. At Marico, he is a central figure in executing the company’s Sustainability 2.0 framework, spearheading efforts to transition the portfolio toward 100% recyclable, reusable, or compostable materials by 2025. His leadership is defined by a commitment to the circular economy, where he balances technical feasibility with ESG-driven innovations to reduce plastic dependency while maintaining high brand standards.
