Mr. Sanjay Ghoshal, Diageo

Sanjay Ghoshal is a veteran packaging leader currently serving as the Head of Packaging, Packaging Sustainability, and Strategic Packaging Productivity at DIAGEO India. Since joining the company in January 2021, he has been a driving force behind its sustainability initiatives, focusing on the “Global 2030” agenda to promote circularity through bio-degradable materials and alternate formats. With over 25 years of cross-industry experience, Ghoshal has held senior leadership roles at major firms including Unilever, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, and Havells India Ltd. He holds a Masters in Packaging from Loughborough University and a Post Graduate degree from the Indian Institute of Packaging, where he was a gold medalist. Recognized as an industry thought leader, he frequently shares his expertise on packaging technology and innovation at global forums like PackMach Asia Expo.
