Himanshi Mahajan is a seasoned packaging professional currently serving as a Deputy General Manager – Packaging Development (R&D) at Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd., a position she has held since June 2008. She is responsible for new, innovative packaging development, focusing on quality systems and sustainable solutions in the food and vegetable sector. 

• Role & Expertise: She oversees R&D for packaging, bringing over 17 years of experience in packaging development to Mother Dairy.
• Experience: Prior to Mother Dairy, she worked as a Sr. Executive – Packaging at Perfetti Van Melle and as a Quality Specialist at Avery Dennison India.
• Education: She completed a Post Graduation in Packaging from the Indian Institute of Packaging (2004–2006) and holds a B.Sc(H) in Food Technology from Rajguru College of Applied Science.
• Skills: Expertise includes new, innovative packaging development, ISO 22000, quality systems, and procurement.
