Nayandeep Banerjee is a senior packaging and innovation leader at Pernod Ricard India, where he leads end-to-end packaging strategy and innovation across the company’s premium spirits, wine and beverage portfolio. With over 15 years of experience in packaging development and design, he has previously held leadership roles at major companies such as Britannia Industries Limited, Nestlé and ITC Limited, driving material innovation, sustainability, quality and operational excellence. Nayandeep holds a Master’s degree in Packaging Science from the Indian Institute of Packaging and a Bachelor of Science in Physics, and his work focuses on blending technical expertise with creative design to enhance brand equity and sustainability in packaging solutions.
